We are a group of facilitators, coaches, and problem solvers that engage organizations, teams and groups in having meaningful conversations and creating collaborative solutions. Often our clients are leaders in their professional fields and need inspiration and fresh thinking and a neutral party to “hold space” for them. Sometimes we are “Organizational Whisperers” that become that critical friend or bouncing wall to create a safe space for reflection and continuous learning.

We work with clients who are leading change in their professional sphere or business area. This requires breaking down barriers and bottlenecks to expand influence and sometimes "meeting strangers".
Collective action
Building movements for collective action requires a clear vision and unleashing the passion of different groups towards the same goal. It may also require active public engagement and reframing.

We create visual tools including films, animations, graphic recording that tell stories that we can integrate into our learning processes and public engagement. Including training on "video gampil"
Facilitation Coaching & Spasia Toolbox
We can offer our support and coaching feedback through tailor made sessions or a longer-term program to individuals who are looking to strengthen their skills in process design and facilitation practice with their own clients. Personal sessions and contact will be arranged with the most appropriate member of our team who can lead you through a systematic process of designing and selecting tools for your event. Our interactive visual tools are available to those who engage in our coaching program or event design services.
Training of Facilitators
We train facilitators from businesses, non-profits and government to enable individuals and teams to facilitate meetings and processes more effectively themselves. Our courses are designed to be practical and skill-based breaking down key fundamental skills that can upgrade your performance as a facilitator from basic to advanced levels. For example we offer basic facilitation skills, creative thinking, effective meetings, negotiation skills, story-telling and presentation skills. We can tailor the design of the training course for your group based on their existing experiences and the context that they work in. Our team always use experiential learning techniques and visualisation techniques. Courses in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Team coaching and Adaptive Learning
Spasia believes in the value of continuous adaptive learning within organizations, projects and teams. This requires systematic long-term involvement and coaching of teams plus quality documentation.

He has a passion and talent for creating simple visual images that inspire and building tools for creative engagement within multi-stakeholder settings including techniques such as photo voice, video, animation and story-telling on social media.

Karen Edwards (Director) has over 25 years experience as working as a facilitator and technical consultant in a range of contexts related to land-use and climate change. She started her career working as a community facilitator in Flores, Indonesia and has since worked with a wide range of stakeholders including communities in over 15 different countries globally. Internationally and regionally she has facilitated many conferences and workshops and has supported organisations to achieve their objectives in both long-term and short –term processes.

He is a qualified lawyer and legal researcher and has facilitated dialogue at national and local level in Indonesia with a wide range of stakeholders in Indonesia including academics, magistrates, judges and change makers. He is trainer experience in both design and delivery of short term and long-term courses based on a passion for experiential learning and in depth critical reflection and analysis as a basis for improved decision-making and action learning.
